Well in Dallas we have seen a great deal of snow as did most of the country! I can't believe things were virtually shut down for four days and then another day last week! It's been so cold here that I'm scared to see our gas bill! All reports said we were suppose to get a dusting of snow last week right before the Superbowl. This was definitely not the case! First we got ice, always lots of fun then came the snow! We saw about 5-6 in here at our house. Needless to say, I was working from home and we all stayed in our pj's! Even Jay didn't have to go in for a couple of days! That's when you know it's bad. Friday is when we saw the most snow fall. All these people coming in town for the big game and they almost didn't make it in because if snow. We decided to take Marley out in the white stuff for a little bit. It was bitterly cold out and she didn't have gloves so we didn't stay out for long.

We began to thaw out here in Dallas and just in time too! It was time for the Gleisbergs to head to Ft. Worth! ESPN was broadcasting from Sundance Square and the Steelers were staying just down the street from my Dad's condo! We had to go check everything out! The Steeler Nation was representing in Ft. Worth which made things fun but it was still cold and pretty nasty out. The snow was melting and the streets were caked with sand but we still had a good time hanging out. Here are a few pics from our time out.
